Service Description
Let’s gather and set the tone for the remainder of the week. Each week we’ll practice various tools, practices, and techniques to help our body, mind, and spirit find some balance and peace. You can expect gentle, dynamic movements, breath work, mantra (chanting), and various meditations. The idea is that we connect, and support one another by these practices.
